Meet Andrea Yellinek, MS, OTR/L, CACP

I’m Andrea—a certified ADHD Coach and Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting adults and young people with ADHD and executive functioning challenges.

I help individuals build routines, systems, and strategies that make daily life feel more manageable and aligned with their values.

My work is neurodiversity-affirming and practical. Together, we focus on executive functioning, self-regulation, sensory processing, and daily routines—co-creating supports that reduce overwhelm and support consistent follow-through.

Rather than quick fixes, we focus on sustainable strategies that support organization, follow-through, self-regulation, and daily routines—helping you move from insight to action.
