
Hi, I’m Andrea—an ADHD Coach and Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting adults and young people with ADHD and executive functioning challenges.
I help individuals build routines, systems, and strategies that make daily life feel more manageable and aligned with their values.
My work is neurodiversity-affirming and practical. Together, we focus on executive functioning, self-regulation, sensory processing, and daily routines—co-creating supports that reduce overwhelm and support consistent follow-through.

I integrate occupational therapy principles with ADHD coaching to address how executive function and sensory processing challenges show up in everyday life—at home, school, and work.
